The
laboratory is performing analytical and diagnostic tests on the samples
according to OS, GS, as well as ISO standards, so to protect the consumer
from any hazard effect of the microorganisms. There are several modern technical instruments and equipment, which are used in the analysis: 1- automated spiral plater: It is a microprocessor-controlled dispenser, which deposits a liquid sample in a spiral pattern onto a surface of a rotating agar plate. 2- Casba 4: It is combines a high-resolution CCD line scanner &specialized windows-based software to count microbial colonies on agar plates, it is based on colony image analysis. |

Vitek system: It is a diagnostic instrument, which is diagnosing microbes present in the sample, based on the biochemical tests.
